Christopher F. Ulto

Christopher Ulto is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department and he is the REO Department Manager.   The primary focus of his practice is in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transaction, REO Transactions representing Lenders and Government Agencies on the sale and disposition of foreclosed properties, Commercial Leasing, Commercial and Residential Lending representing lending institutions and private lenders.

Mr. Ulto is admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as in the State of Connecticut.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University where he majored in Finance and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Bridgeport School Of Law.
