Ms. Malloy is of counsel to the firm.  She leads the firm’s residential eviction group.  The primary focus of her practice is representing banks in post-foreclosure eviction proceedings.  Additionally, Ms. Malloy represents small to mid-size landlords in both residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters in the Civil Court of New York City, as well as in the District Courts in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Ms. Malloy is a graduate of Binghamton University where she earned a Bachelor of Art in both History and Political Science.  She attended St. John’s University School of Law where she was the Associate Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Commentary.  She also holds a Master’s in Elementary Education from Adelphi University.

In addition to her landlord tenant practice, Ms. Malloy is serves as a Village Prosecutor in several Nassau County Villages, where she represents the villages in traffic matters and village code ordinances.
