New York Law Journal publishes article by firm partner Bruce J. Bergman

On August 30, 2023, the New York Law Journal published as a featured real estate article a column penned by firm member Bruce J. Bergman. Entitled “Foreclosure Abuse Prevention Act: Time and Settlement”. It addresses the previously unexplored relationship of a new borrower friendly statute to the perilous consumption of time allocated to settling any case. Mr. Bergman heads the firm’s commercial foreclosure department and is the author of the four volume treatise “Bergman On New York Mortgage Foreclosures”, LexisNexis (rev. 2023).
